OVERVIEW OF THE POINTS SYSTEM
During the 10 week challenge, members will be judged on a 1, 2, 3 point system. Trainers will have a maximum of 6 points to allocate in each class. Pairs can only receive a maximum of 3 points per day. If pairs attend two classes on the same day, only one class will be considered for points. Please note, we will be taking progress photos throughout your journey to determine the winning pair.
How to gain points:
1- Be on time for class
2- Consistently train with your partner
3- Motivate & encourage your partner while training
4- Bring a positive and motivated vibe to class
5- Effort in class towards training
6- Progression with weights/exercises (as long as technique is correct)
How to not gain points:
1- Being late to class
2- Not training with your partner
3- Lack of effort in class towards training
4- Not listening during demos
5- Not encouraging your training partner
6- Leaving halfway through class
How to lose points off your total points accumulated over the weeks:
1- Late Reschedules - 1 point loss
Cancelling within 30mins before class & re-booking for same day i.e waking up in the morning and cancelling out of the 6am/7am class and then re-booking into a later class that day.
2- Cancelling your class - 2 point loss
Cancelling your booked class and not returning back that day to train.
3- No show - 3 point loss
Not showing up for class that you booked into.
4- Not attending an S30 events - 5 point loss
5- Not listening during demonstrations (lost a stations) - 1 point loss
